Hey guys,

i need some advice on these shots. Both were badquality. Now is it that they are too grainy? or soft? If i run it through NeatImage will it work? let me know please!

I like the first one, but it's a shame the aircraft doesn't fill more of the frame. There isn't much detail there. I'm not sure if you could save it.

The second one, the lighting's wrong. The aircraft just isn't illuminated enough.

Now you've got this spot though, keep trying. You'll nail it.

It takes a big man to admit they are wrong, and I am not a big man.

I like the first one but I opened it and brought up the levels. Moving the sliders in on either side improved it dramatically but unfortunately brough up a really bad dust spot in front of the engine on the right as you look at the photo.
Nice effect.

Open the pic and go to Ctrl L.
Pull the sliders under the histogram up to the ends of the block of the histogram and the picture looks a lot better to my eye.
There is a really bad dust spot though.
Looking at the photograph, in front of the right engine (the aircrafts left) about two thirds of the way to the nose, there it is.
No way I could see it until I darkened things a bit but noticing it could save you some trouble on your next trip out.
