I have a photo of a new 737-800 for Chang An Airlines that I took today at BFI. I was told Chang An Airlines is a subsidiary of some sort of Hainan Airlines. The color scheme is of a Hainan Airlines aircraft, but the titles on the aircraft are for Chang An Airlines. Hainan Airlines is not on the plane at all.
I tried searching for photos (photo search & sitewide search) of Chang An on this site, but found none. So my questions are:
1) How should this photograph be uploaded, airline wise?
2) Anyone know of any other Chang An airlines shots?
It appears that they were aquired by Hainan in 2001 and were expected to be taken over and combined with a couple other Chinese airlines to become Grand China Airlines. I do not know if this has happened yet.
They have two 737-700's leased to them from Hainan, B-5091(29091/230) and B-5092(29092/260).
