Hi Guys,

I was busy with an upload the other day and had progressed to the final upload page, you know, the one with the small image and all the aircraft details etc. The page did not load fully and so the "confirm upload" button at the bottom of the page was not visible. I waited for about 10 minutes to see if the page would fully load but it did not.

I then hit the refresh button hoping this would solve the problem. All I got was a white screen with the message "sorry but a file with that name has already been uploaded to the database".

When checking my stats via the email identification page, there is not picture in the upload queue of the one I had supposedly "already uploaded".

How do I get the file back or have it cancelled from the database when it says its there but in fact it is not?
