Hey, what do you think of this picture, it's not my picture tho.
Look at the funny white dot on the nose of the plane. The photographer told me it's the landing light and maybe it is but it looks fake. Whaddya think? fake or real? Or maybe it was the camera, i beleive a digital which made it look "fake"

I just don't get it! Why do certain individuals feel the need to make proclaim a photo a 'fake', just because it looks a little odd. The recent tirade against certain photos taken at HKG and now this. Heaven help me if I should submit a photo that looks a little strange.
I do give you credit though, at least you communicated with the photographer first before making this topic, I hope he gave you permission to post the photo here in order to accuse it of fakery.

I like digital images - they are getting better all the time. One thing though - one must be careful with the saturation of color - fore sometimes the colors can be blown way out of proportion. You know what I mean?

I agree 100% with you. It's bad enough to call a picture fake, but even worse if there is a clear reason that makes it real.
The fact that someone think a picture of a Dash-8 with a nose-light must be fake, just prooves their lack of knowledge about that aircraft. (No offence.)
