First of all : i like the 321 D-AIRX in Lufthansa retrocolors very much.
But is it not a bit to much ??
30 pictures with upload priority ??
I think 3 a 4 first uploaders is enough.
Just my opinion,do not understand me wrong.

Why a bit much? I think there were many people (including myself) eager to see this beautiful aircraft. The more different pictures of it in the database, the nicer for the people that were not lucky enough to be here to see it!
What is the problem with having 30 photos with priority? During an airshow many more photos are uploaded with priority. Does that really take up too much time for you?
I guess that's what happens in the end, you start thinking about the beginning.

At one point yesterday I saw on page 0, 11 of the top 15 photos were of that plane. I guess it is popular so you can argue it deserves to be there that much, but for me I gave up looking at the top pictures of the day pretty quick as I was just not that interested in it. Just me though.

I have to disagree with you. More pictures of this plane, is good for Airliners.net and its photographers. Many people in the business will be on the look out for the LH Retrojet, so the more coverage we have, the better it is for publicity. Thus more money that could be accumulated. Not only that, I think its amazing.
