If you are being serious! :P, I do believe that if the photo was taken of you in public then it isn't illegal. Just like how the paparazzi have the right to take shots of Celebs. However if you find yourself being shot by the same photographer over and over again I'd start to get a little worried!

@ Willem: Argh.. looks like you just ruined a perfect shot for Rene. He probably carefully fine-tuned the settings of his camera for hours and *poof*, suddenly this man with the yellow vest appears through the escape hatch! So I think it was actually you who illegally trespassed (into) Rene's photo
