ok, i was thinking to upload it but guess it will be rejected for "bad motive" so i might as well show it here.
Right at this moment Rene, who was behind a fence somewhere outside the Aviodrome which i did not know, thought it was a good moment to call me on my mobile, i thought different he he.

If you are being serious! :P, I do believe that if the photo was taken of you in public then it isn't illegal. Just like how the paparazzi have the right to take shots of Celebs. However if you find yourself being shot by the same photographer over and over again I'd start to get a little worried!

@ Willem: Argh.. looks like you just ruined a perfect shot for Rene. He probably carefully fine-tuned the settings of his camera for hours and *poof*, suddenly this man with the yellow vest appears through the escape hatch! So I think it was actually you who illegally trespassed (into) Rene's photo
Me serious ? only when i am sick or working John.
Rene was on public ground but i was not but no need to get worried though, we know each other and beside that i don't care anyway.

Hehe we worked from 10 in the morning till 10 in the evening so i guess he had plenty of time to make some shots without me in the frame.

Popping out of the escape hatch is not that easy Tom, it does take some careful planning after all you are about 10m up in the air.
This topic is of course only for the fun of it, nothing serious.
Cheers,
Willem
