G'day Guys
Heading off the RJAA and RJTT for 5-6 days early next week.
Just wondering the heavy times for traffic at RJAA and also RJTT.
I'd imagine Narita would be pretty busy when it opens after 6AM.
Whats a good time for runs of departures or is it pretty steady all day.
Similar for Haneda is it flat out pretty much all day or does it have particularly bust periods.
Any help with the busy periods would be great.
Thanks
Darren

I was at NRT and HND last week. Both NRT and HND were very busy airports with planes landing and taking off all the time. I almost filled up my 4GB microdrive in about 2 hrs.

The NRT and HND spotting guide were extremely useful. I printed all the pages and took them with me. But if you have any other questions that I may be able to help, just shoot me an email.

Haneda get pretty busy between 16:00 and 18:00 so that they sometimes open runway 22 for arrivals, and if you're at Keihin Jima Park you can get some shots like these

Narita has the Sakura Noyama park located at the north end of 16R/34L, you can get some excellent photos there.
