I just uploaded this shot of a WestJet 732, but I think it might be a little over exposed. All comments welcome, thanx.

Overexposed, unfortunately. The sky is completely white, and the top of the plane blends into the background. Looks like this is going to get nailed with a badexposure.

Why grab a Heine when you can grab a Busch?

Definetly overexposed. I like the reflections off the backlit fuselage though, maybe try a different exposure setting and that type of shot could come out very nicely.

Shame its over exposed mate. Sure is a nice picture  Smile You can try to fiddle around with the exposure setting in adobe but not sure if it will help a lot!

good luck next time

Hi Ivan,

I have to say I agree with the others. It looks like the overexposure is caused by the backlighting - the plane itself looks okay, but the overall brightness of the scene is the problem. It is hard to imagine a solution for this shot, even if you could somehow alter the brightness of the plane itself. Backlit subjects are pretty hard to get accepted in my experience.

Cheers.

Paul
