When I was in my early teens I borrowed a camera one Sunday, went to Sydney Airport and took my first aeroplane photos. One of the aircraft I took a photo of was Boeing VC-137B 58-6972. I think it would have been around February-April 1983, or perhaps the same months of 1984. I also took photos of Beechcraft F-90 King Air VH-CRM, Piper Navajo VH-TRP and Fokker Friendship VH-MMS wearing the 'red A in white circle' Ansett c/s. Can anyone date these photos?
Monty Python's Flying Circus has nothing to do with aviation, except perhaps for Management personnel.

58-6972 was not a presidential aircraft in 1983-4. It was one of the general VIP fleet of the 89th MAW, so more likely it would have brought a parliamentary delegation or senior US government representative other than the president, e.g. Sec. of State.
