I have a canon sure shot supreme purchased from a car boot sale and I don't know how to get the battery out, any suggestions?

Problem solved, two tiny screws on the right hand side reveal accsses to a chamber enscribed lithium battery 2CR5 6V, now I'm just fearful of the cost.

Go to www.7dayshop.com (based in the Channel Isles - No VAT) for the cheapest place to buy batteries of this type. They also sell film cheap too. Only drawback is the postage charge if you are only buying a few things, but it's probably still cheaper that the high street.

I've always had good service from them (and I'm not on commission)
