Seems like a useful tool....... most likely will get it from a friend and the added features, many of which not useful for aviation editing, seem nice, especially Spot Healing and Vanishing Point!

CS has the same features. I think CS 2 has noise reduction though. User reviews say it's just as good as CS

Why did you waste your money on it then? Elements would have worked just as well if all you are going to use it for is airplanes. If you get involved in other types of photography, the added features get much more use.

Except that it can't handle the raw files etc....
many new nice features in the CS version.
Haven't tried the CS 2 yet though...
