Hi all, I need some advice with a question: Do you think I should upload this picture? I took it last month while riding the JFK AirTrain, an hour before sunset, and minutes before a huge thunderstorm hit Long Island.
The colors really are that way, it's part from the train window and part from the late afternoon / t-storm lighting.
There is some reflection in the window, will this possibly cause a rejection? And also, is this photo even appropriate for a.net, since there is actually no airplane in it? Even in the airport overview category, there tends to be a plane somewhere in the background - which is not the case here.
Let me know what you think!
All the things you probably hate about travelling are warm reminders that I'm home

The reflections will most probably cause a rejection. As for motive, there does not have to be a plane in the picture to get it accepted. One of my shots in the db is a terminal facade shot, with absolutely no planes present.

Amazing sky indeed!
I think it's still a fair question though. Can someone explain exactly where the border is? Apart from quality issues: What makes a shot of an airport train allegedly unacceptable, but an interior view of an airport terminal allegedly OK?
