I wondered if anyone in here could help me identify some shots of airfields taken through the plane window. They're not a.net quality (not that I could upload them if they were ) as they're all a bit hazy, but I'd like to know where they are.
The first was taken shortly before an 08R landing at LGW:

Airfield 1 is (I think!) Dunsfold, Surrey which is located between Horsham in West Sussex and Guildford in Surrey. The aircraft you can see is G-BDXJ 747-200 formely of Air Atlanta now used for film work.
Airfield 2 is (I think) Farnborough but that really is a guess

Quoting DC10Tim (Thread starter): This one was taken south of Birmingham , but before we reached Oxford, could it be Coventry?:
Quoting SignalOne (Reply 12): Coventry is North of Birmingham, so the third one can't be Coventry.
Oh, I could of swore when I went to Coventry a few months ago, traveling from the North, Coventry was before Birmingham and that's why I said North. I have always thought of it being North of Birmingham. After looking at a map, I was wrong. Its to the South East of Birmingham.
I am doing A level geography in a few years, I will have to learn it properly.
