I was searching through my photo collection and I found this shot which I took in '98 from a UA777 over SFO airport on my way back to LHR.
Now, I can work out the UA 744 and UA 772 but what about the others? I know its a poor photo (poor camera and scanner!) and also the aircraft in the image are small but any help will be much appreciated
Once again, sorry for the awful quality of the image. Its a shame because the print looks really good but my scanner is, lets say...CRAP!

Well the DC-8 appears to be a Kalitta (Americian International). The white 727-200 looks like a Capital Cargo International plane. The gold 727 and the DC-10 are a mystery to me. The rest appear to be Gulfstreams and other corporate jets

I'll give this one a little head start.....
starting from left to right...
the first one is a DC-8, not sure what airline... next one you got (777) the next white one is a 727 (then the 744) amoung the smaller, probably biz jets is a grey one, thats a UA 727, on its left side is a white DC-9 of some sort...
beyond those i would have to take a much longer look... the rest of the ppl in the forum can probably finish this one off..

The 727-100 parked amongst the corporate jets is most likely a corporate 727. Its not a UA bird. The other large corporate jets are Gulfstreams, no DC-9s in that picture. There is also at least one Falcon 50/900 in the picture.
I would agree with Thomasphoto60, the DC-8 looks like Kallita, while the 727-200 parked by itself also looks to me like Capital Cargo International. The DC-10 appears to be FEDEX.

The one on the right is a DC-10 but I don't think it's a Fedex. The two big bizjets on the very left of the others are Gulfstreams, I'm pretty sure. The smaller one right behind them is a Falcon 50/900. The 727 among the bizjets has a Southwest like color but it's not a SW of course. I guess it's a bizjet because it has winglets I think. The bizjet left of the "yellow" 727 is also a Gulfstream, that's sure. The smaller bizjets are maybe Challengers, BAe 125, and Citations + others.
