Hi all,

I'm flying into AMS this Fri on NW58 and will have a few hours to kill. Any of the local AMS spotters going to be up ther and could show me around? My plane should arrive at 11:10 and I depart again at 16:05...

Thanks in Advance

Jason

You only have 5 hrs in AMS? It might take you that long to traverse the airport (well it seemed that way to me with my out of shape self).

My advice - go to the terminal, buy a train ticket for 3.20 Euro, get out of the Amsterdam Centraal train station and just walk around. Lots of interesting stuff downtown  Wink.

And don't forget to bring me some cubans.

Alex.

Money does not bring you happiness. But it's better to cry in your own private limo than on a cold bus stop.

Just found a cracking deal on BMI Baby and am very tempted to do a day trip or 1night stay to AMS would there be any body about on the following days 19th-20th July.

I've done the spectators terrace and the R24 takeoff's /06 landing's.

The polderbann is my next mission for turn on shots and them amzing sunrise pics.

I presume the sunrise pics are on the 06 runway ?

But I suppose that all depends on the weather / winds etc.

Thanks in advance.

Just done spotting in AMS , now heading home for SIN. All I can say is AMS has so many nice spots to spot planes. Definately my favourite airport to spot plane !
