Your probably right with your self screening, I would pull it. It also is quite over sharpened, the contrast is a little whacky, and generally is quite noisy.

The photo looks soft and also has a small black spot in the lower left portion of the photograph, It would possible also be rejected for badcenter as you said, crop the photo, sharpen it up a bit and darken it, the nose looks way too over exposed..

I'd reduce the size of the photo to 1000 pixels wide.

May not be your camera..

I shot yesterday at RAF Waddington Airshow, and the weather was poor most of the day.. i got maybe 1 decent photo all day.. ive just deleted the rest and called it quite, they were all misty, dont think they would of have any chance on a.net for sure..
