Hi !

I got this pic rejectectet as "Badmotive" with the following text:

Quote:
The photos were of low esthetic qualities - bad angle, included window reflections (for shots taken through glass such as terminal windows), pictured just a part of an aircraft (with no motivation, like a special sticker, damage etc., for doing so), out of focus, distracting or obstructing objects in the foreground or similar (this is especially true for gate shots which are very difficult to get accepted due to their common nature and the large amount of ancilliary equipment which usually surrounds the aircraft) or did not picture an aircraft or anything sufficiently related to aviation at all. Finally, you might read this because your camera displays the date in the lower right corner of the image. If so, please disable that feature in the future.

Where ist the problem ?
(I'am interested in the window reflection because there was no window....)

Probably is a standard message. So the window's comments is simply part of it.

BTW, I don't see any date stamped in the lower right corner.

The messages you get in the email are templates. It's supposed to cover all possible problems your photo has.

Pay special attention to this part of the email.

Yup, definately damage. Quite severe too by the looks Big grin

And as to motivation? I reckon it isn't something you see at your average airport on a daily basis, so that makes it interesting, especially if the spiel with it explains itself.

Hi Werner..

I supposed it would be accepted if it was a real accident, not a part of a film.
My 2 cents...

OK, but it is a real plane.
Every pic of an aircraft fiering weapons is (thank god) not from an real war.
There are planes under water also in DB.

regards Werner

Actually, I think it's because of that bird sitting on the top of the tail that makes it unreal  Big grin!

Well seriously, I don't really see why wither Werner, it's strange, but getting photos accepted around here is hard! Makes us want to work harder  rotfl

It's not about AIRBUS. it's not about BOEING. It's all about the beauty of FLYING.

It is composed awkwardly imo....Tip of vertical stab cut off, etc., seems like there could have been a better angle to shoot that image.

I've no problem with working hard because I learned much at this time amd I'm sure I will learn a lot as long as I take pics.
It's just a little bit frustrating because some planes (or parts of it) don't come often across my way.
I try it again and hope to get more pics in at a.net.
I put them wich are not good for a.net on myaviation.net because I think there are many nice shots but not a.net standard.

Werner
