Ticket The Right Box While Uploading DC-2 Pic.

I've just got the mail that my photo of the damaged DC-2 is in the DB. I've ticked the accident/incident marker at the second upload page, but it's not in the section on the frontpage.
Does it take a while before the pics are getting into the special sections (acc/inc, helicopters, special schemes etc) at the opening page, or is there went something wrong? If so, forget this topic and delete it. It will come out soon then.
Is it otherwise possible that the DB editors can put it in that section where it belongs?

Yes, the front page categories are not live, it takes anywhere from a few minutes to several hours for the pictures to show up there.

If you ticked the category, it will show up there sooner or later.

Aart I know it does take some time for those to update, not sure what the time frame is...but I think its around one day.
I checked your photo and it is in the correct category so be patient it will show up soon.
