Seen the new rules for the number of slots for uploading, one who has for example 20, 30, 50 slots is screened firts of a newbie having just 5 (even if he uploaded later) ? (considering his pics could be better in quality).

Hi all,
I have an additional question to the statement below:
Quoting IL76 (Reply 1): The only order we use in screening is the upload time/date. First come, first served.
Because I am in Australia, and I upload a photo in the evening here when the US is seeing the early hours of that same day, if that photo is in the first 200 uploaded, does it acutally get screened with the 199 before it??
I ask this question because I noticed with a photo not that long ago, that I uploaded here and there were only a few hundred in the que but when I checked the que status, there were less than 200 remaining and mine was one of them.

Eadster,
Also bear in mind that all your photos uploaded on a given day will be screened together. Therefore, if I was to upload a photo in the morning, before I go to work, say, then upload 10 that evening, all would enter the screening system at the same time as that morning one, even though most were uploaded several hours later. This is probably why you saw the pattern that you did.
