Hi,

Last ditch attempt to find a photo of a very important pair of flights for me:

Wednesday 4 May 2005: TCX88K MAN -> YUL (dep. approx 1245)

Thursday 11 May 2005: TCX88L YUL -> MAN (arr. approx 0700)

Sorry, no a/c reg... TCX 757-200 (the ones with the stonking leg room Big grin)

I was on these flights researching a move to Montréal, which has become a reality (I'm off in September from LGW, again with TCX to live and work there for a year...)

I saw loads of photographers as we turned onto the runway to depart, but can't find photos of our departure or arrival online anywhere. Did you capture our flight? I'd really appreciate finding a shot.

Thanks in advance  bigthumbsup

To be honest mate, without a reg you may find it difficult to succeed. As you know there's more than one TCX B752 operating out of MAN and there can be several deps within a relatively short time. Also, as they are "common", they may not have been photographed by the regulars. Nevertheless, I do wish you luck with your quest.

The reg thing does bother me intensely... I was late boarding and the angle of the plane at the stand at MAN made it impossible to see much of the side of the a/c, and when we arrived in YUL the air bridge blocked a decent view.

On the return leg the plane crept up to stand (inbound from YYZ if I remember correctly) and the one photo I got has the reg obscured by a ground vehicle. Arriving at MAN I was just too spaced out to remember to look  Sad

Thanks for your help, I'll be more attentive in September Big grin

James

Thanks to some very helpful info supplied through a contact on PPRUNE:

Quote:
TCX088K MAN-YUL on 04/05/05 was operated by G-FCLK, likewise the return sector a week later, departing YUL 10/05/05, operating YUL-YYZ-MAN as the TCX088L, was also G-FCLK.

Hope that helps,

Thanks again,

James  bigthumbsup
