I'm wondering if anyone can help me out here.
Long before I officially joined A.net, I was browsing through photos of TWA 757s that had been incorporated into the AA fleet. I remember coming across a rather bizarre shot of one of the aircraft which had been pulled into a hanger for the night. The problem was that the hangar's door and ceiling were not tall enough to accomodate a 757, so the aircraft's nose had been lifted up somehow in order to drop the tail height. I've gone looking for the image since then and absolutely can't find it. Does anyone know what happened to it or if it's still around?
Here is what I know about it:
Either a 757-231 or a 757-2Q8.
Either at LGA or JFK.
Either in full AA colors or the hybrid TWA LLC scheme.

That is a great shot. Exactly like what was going on in the shot I'm referring to, except inside a hangar.
Quoting Granite (Reply 2): Could it have been an Eastern 757?
It was definitely a former TWA AA 757.
Quoting Granite (Reply 2): Possible the photographer may have had the image removed some time ago.
That's what I'm afraid of. I wish photogs would not have their work removed. It was a great shot, and so unique and interesting compared to many in the database.

I was thinking...
If, by some random chance, the photographer of that specific shot reads this thread and has indeed removed it from the database, could you contact me privately through my profile?
