I'm new to this forum, so please forgive any mistakes I might make. My question is that I have a new Canon 20d with a EF-S 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 and a Canon EF100-300mm f/4.5-5.6 usm lens. I want to take pictures of landings and departures. Recently we were in Memphis, Tn and I could see the Fed-Ex planes taking off. Does anyone know of a place in Memphis where you could park and get some good shots of the planes? Thanks for any help.

AFAIK, the only place avail now is the parking garage. But if you go there, call the police, so they don't remove you from there, (901) 922-8298. Here's a look of what there is from that spot:
