I've just opened the top image up within PS and measured the tower, it seems as though it is level. I measured the right-hand side of the cylindrical tower, the centre most part of the image.
Edit: Maybe it is an optical illusion due to the left-hand side of the image being dark and the right-hand side bright...?
The A340 shot looks level but because of the harsh light it looks very dark in the lower third of the image.

Maybe there is some optical effect in both, because I'd give them both a very slight
CW rotation (probably less than 1 degree). Even though they may be perfectly level, its just seems a tiny little bit off to me.
