Baiscally i was shooting at SOF, which dosent have any gates so eveything is bussed to the plane. Does this type of shot have any chance of getting in?

The overall standard is that if anything is blocking the aircraft it will be branded Badmotiv. The meaning behind the picture has little impact on the screening unless it's an incident or one of a kind event.

If it was an old classic not already in the db, then it would probably get in. Alternatively, if you had a photo of a plane preparing for a flight on which it crashed, then it might be of historical interest and be acceptable.
Unfortunately, a LH A321 doesn't qualify as a classic just yet.

When I saw N907CL's post, I though hell was going to break loose again. Luckily, either people were asleep, or smart enough not to start another fight.
That put aside: I would have answered in the same line as the first 5 replies. Now I'm not so sure any more. So: what's the final answer to MNeo's question, if I may ask?
