Screener Explain Please!

I got a picture reject for bad info a week ago.
Then I have correcting the error and re uploaded the picture and now I got the picture reject for bad motive from a screener in training!

My question:

When I get a picture reject for bad info I guess I have only to correct this info !

If I know after the first screening that the picture will be already reject for bad motive I don`t re upload them again?

Also,why you don`t writing directly that the picture is bad motive?
