Congratulations to fellow Kentuckian and aviation photographer extraordinaire, Bob Garrard for achieving the 1,000 average views for over 1,000 images in the database! Bob has some incredible images uploaded on a variety of aircraft and airline types.
Bob has an eye for the artistic as well as historical documentation.
He and his lovely wife Barb were most gracious when my wife and I showed up in DC last February. From left to right is Bob's wife Barb, my wife Marilyn, and Bob.

Congrats Bob, and keep uploading the historical shots that all of us youngsters could only dream of doing!

The photo above, along with all of bob's old slides, are really interesting to look at. I always enjoy seeing the oldies and thinking to myself..."damn, I wish I could have been there with my 300D...maybe they'd come out half as good as these!"

AIRLINERS.NET CREW HEAD SCREENER
Hi all
It's always a pleasure to screen Bob' stuff.
Always something nice in the queue from him and always old! That's what I like to see. Just take some time viewing the images and absorb the classic atmosphere. Picture yourself being next to him while he is photographing. That's what I do and that's why his images are extra special to me. I can be there next to him.
While I have not met Bob in person, I can second gary's comments. Always great to receive a mail from him.
Keep on sending the old stuff Bob. As I have said to you many times before, a lot of viewers love to see your stuff.

Hi there,
I was just wondering how you always come up with stuff like that? Where can you see another photographer's stats like average views or total views. I've always wondered about how other people know about these stats?
Cheers,
Sebastian
