Usually there is a notice about the copyright holder, but not this time.

One of the cool things about Wikipedia is you can do things yourself. I've listed the image on the copyright violation page, and unless the poster can come through with proper documentation, it will be gone in a week.

Has anyone asked the photographer if he is also the author of the Sabena entry?
You shouldn't just go deleting without checking with him first. It may be that he uploaded or linked to one of his own pictures, as I have done on another non-aviation related subject.

Usually, whoever is submitting an image can supply the necessary information to show who can use it and why. That does not appear to be the case this time.

I had Wikipedia contact me about using a shot of a Horizon CR7 for the Horizon Airlines page to which I gave them permission with a watermark. They have yet to put it up on there. It's been a while.

That's why I didn't delete the photo. I marked it for possible deletion, in accordance with Wikipedia policy, allowing the original uploader an opportunity to explain if use of the image has proper permission.

Note that the image isn't actually used on any articles.
