I've got an Olympus Camedia C-5000.

What's the best way to take pictures in the dark, on the move, without them getting blurry?

I have to admit I know pretty much zilch about photography but I understand that they get blurry due to the amount of time the shutter is open, is that correct?

I will be taking pics from a moving road vehicle in low natural light/low artificial light conditions.

Cheers,

Of what?

From what you are telling us, you are going to have a very hard time getting a good photo.

Use a very bright flash that can reach and adequately illuminate your subject. Or, have a very fast lens, coupled to a camera that can shoot at a very high ISO equivelent. I would go with the very bright flash option.... Wink
