Hello All,
I was going to post my explanation to my previous thread. The cloning wasn't by far the point where I wanted to get in the end.
I was going to reply on the thread but it was archived for an unknown reason.
Now, first off all the A330 picture was cloned. It is not what you all think it was, I did wrote on the picture and show the cloned part. Yes it was the rabbit I wanted to get out of the picture. All the other marks on the grass are natural. Anyone from Dublin would know that. Yes they look bad, but they are natural.
Apart than that I published the "cloned" picture in the previous thread for a diffrent reason.
A few weeks ago I posted a thread about Bad centered rejections included the pictures rejected. Bad Centered Rejections (by Alexandru Sep 19 2005 in Aviation Photography)
On that thread I had 18 reply NONE of them from a screener.
On this recent thread I had 16 reply of wich 3 from the screeners pointing out the mistakes. Banned For Two Weeks. Reason? (by Alexandru Sep 30 2005 in Aviation Photography)
Now, I let you all drawn your conclusion. I wouldn't expect from everyone to reply on this I just had my say and I am very sad.
This supposed to be a hobby a nice way to spend the free time.

The heck with the rabbit, I would have cloned out the STOP sign
I too see cloning bottom right, patches of grass are perfectly identical to patches right below which usually indicates (poor) cloning.

AIRLINERS.NET CREW PHOTO SCREENER
Alexandru,
You have gone from saying
"Now I cannot remember of cloning pictures, all I do is removing the dustspots."
to saying
"Now, first off all the A330 picture was cloned. It is not what you all think it was, I did wrote on the picture and show the cloned part. "
You read and particiapte in these forums, therefore you know the rules, the same as anyone else. It is obvious that you have cloned your pictures and then chose to lie about it. That isn't anyone's fault but your own. Lots of photogs have been caught doing stuff like this, and they have been suspended from uploading, but they choose not to make a big deal about it because to air your opinion in public is to show ALL the facts, such as your clonned pictures, where first you say they were NOT clonned, then YES they were clonned, but only a little bit.
I think more improtant than a clonned picture is your word and credibility on this website.
I don't think I will bother uploading anymore pictures because I think this is not fare at all.
So that is the answer? Because the screening team was enforcing the rules it is not fare (sic)?

Quoting Mikephotos (Reply 4): The heck with the rabbit, I would have cloned out the STOP sign
Yeah me too.
Alex unless you post the originals of both photos there is nothing we nor the screeners can go by.
I mean this in all sincerity, proove me wrong mate. I will be the first to eat humble pie and apologize, but the First Choice looks very suspicious. Proove me wrong my friend.
