It was brought to my attention the other day that there are very few photos here in the database from the Faroe Islands.

I started wondering what the the cause is. Is it because there are no A.net photographers there or because access to the airport is limited or what?

Although I live in Iceland, which is not far from the Faroe Islands, I have never been there (and for that matter, not to Greenland either). I guess the countries are too close to have ranked high on my "must-visit" list. 

Anyway, I suspect that I will be going to the Faroe Islands sooner or later and I would of course like to do some spotting while there.

Anyone here who can provide a short Faroe Islands "Spotting guide"?
