SITE ADMIN

Hi photographers,

Even though I am somewhat on a break due to problems with hands and wrists caused by too much computer work, I have finished the photo comment and rating stats that I promised you a long time ago.

You can access the stats under the "Photo Comments & Ratings" button on the MyPhotos page.

Try it out and let me know what you think. Note that you can click on some headlines to change the sort order.

Regards,
Johan

Thanks Johan, I was going to post something regarding this but now I no longer have too.

Have a good break and hope that your hands and wrists problems are ok.

Johan,

Fantastic feature and very worthwhile, much easier than opening photos in a large version to see if there are any comments.

Hope you get better soon, all the mouse and keyboard usage sure does create RSI problems  Sad

Cheers

Works great, nice function. Was looking forward to it!

Now you take a rest for a week or two before kicking off the next project (migrating to more digits in the photo id's isn't it?).

Kind regards,
Erwin

Thank you, Johan, for making it work!

Quick question - when clicking "Back to MyPhotos start page" at the bottom of that page, I will get back to MyPhotos logon page just like what that link says. However, can we just go back my section without logon again, like what the button "Back" does in "Upload Queue Statistics" section?

Thanks and regards,
_Hongyin_

However, can we just go back my section without logon again, like what the button "Back" does in "Upload Queue Statistics" section?

When all the myphotos tools use the "new" authentication system this problem will vanish. Until then a re-login is needed (for security) to go back.

Henrik

Just a minor thing:

To answer a comment to my photos, do I have to vote for my own photos?
Maybe someone can check this, but its not a main item.

Thanks again!

Sorry to be off-topic, but I do hope you find someone to help you effectively Johan - best wishes for that.

any chance of some better screening of the comments? some of them are absolutely beyond a joke, surely the comments should relate to the subject? i've read some that make me wonder if they have been written from a psych ward....

nice idea with the new feature though.

I volunteer if you need someone to screen comments! I have a bit of time on my hands.

One question though, none of my photos have received the requisite 5 ratings in order for me to see them. Perhaps this number is a little high?

Thanks again!

Interesting to read the discussion on this one as to weather or not it is a model!

That's hilarious! These guys are talking about it like it's a flight sim screenshot:

The realistic textures and the flawless modeling, produce what is ultimately a trick to the eye: is that a real plane???!!! That's what it's all about isn't it? As real as it gets.

Very realistic, hope the panel would be like this.

Must have been linked to from an FS site.

The clarity of detail and good composition showing the aircraft from the angle most people will ever see! from the ground!

If this is a model and not a real photo then it is amazing!!!

Thanks for adding this feature, Johan. Very convenient. thumbsup
