But fellow photog Markus Herzig (whom I hereby want to thank) wrote me an email warning me of unauthorized usage of one of my photos.

Maybe the seller did not make the cover. It says 'in excellent condition' not something you would normally say if you made it yourself, looks more like he has owned it and now wants to sell it. If he indeed did buy it from someone maybe you should get hold of a copy, or buy that one then look on the back for some form of copyright mark, maker's stamp or something to see who printed it originally then chase up that person/company.
But then again if the seller did do it, rip him a new ars... Um, yeah
