Anyone know of hotels at San francisco KSFO and Seattle with good views of the airport preferably of landing and taking off.I'll be going in january resting my tired wings on the way to Hawaii on holiday.
I had a great view in LAX from my room in the Crown plazza hotel LAX and i would like to have a similar experience again.  sun

San Fran... The Marriott SFO has excellent views of the approach and departures from the longer runways, 28s, from some rooms (though they technically charge extra for bay views unless you ask nicely and get someone helpful), but is slightly too far for good photos unless you have a 400mm lens (plus digital crop). Some rooms at the Westin SFO are also good and there's a corridor-end on the upper floors that affords views of departures off of the 01s which are within photo range.
