You know how much I like that, don't you! Well that's the risk of spending an afternoon with Willem: having your pictures all over the internet! embarrassed

I had serious fun though this afternoon:
Thundering through the rain in that silly little "Mercedes" with Willem to get a good spot for the take off  bouncy
Whitnessing an impressive tribute to the first flight of the greatest turboprop ever made (today 50 years ago)  Wow!
and ending with getting all sorts of praise from Friendship buffs, who like a picture that I took.  blush

Thanks for the pics Willem. Hope you can come with me next year to Duxford.

Martin

Oh..... didn't they tell you ?
All flights to next years airshows are sold out....... your place is in "Schoonmoeders" box on the rooftop.  laughing
We'll see whether we have something flyable by then.

You mean, I can choose any Aviodrome plane and you'd make it airworthy for me? Already made my choice!  Wink

Don't know Martin personally, but I've been following his work here and I felt a certain slide shooter's pride every time a new one of his beautiful slides made it to the dbase. And he still kicks butt even after going digital. Gefeliciteerd ... and, uhm, what can I add -- Meet the Fokkers!

Something very similar to this:

It's looking good for next year but no passenger flights though.
