They both mean the same thing, but recently the screener e-mails and rejection reasons have been evaluated, and now it's "quality" instead of "NOA_quality" or "badquality". Just to simplify things..

Am I correct?

 mischievous

Anyways...As AirKas said, they both mean the same thing...BADxyz format I believe was used before NOA format came. But rite now, all my rejections I believe just mentions the reason only like Quality, Jagged, Soft etc...
All the available reject reasons are described here... http://www.airliners.net/procphotos/reasons.php .

And before somebody asks - NOA stands for Not on Airliners.net IIRC.
