Hi all,
Hope your Friday evening is going well! I have been looking through some of my photo shots and found this EZY A319 below. I liked the angle and the light so I decided to upload it. The only thing is I think there might be too much noise on the belly of the aircraft. It has a greenish tint to it because of the fields below. What do you guys think? And gals of course....

Hi.
Good pic, but I think it gets rejected. It's a bit blurry around the maingears and also the mentioned noise on the fuselage cpuld be a problem.
But I'm no screener - just a guy who gets more and more pics rejected in the last weeks...
Georg.

Hello Colin.
Unfortunately I have to agree that I think this photo has a few points going against it:
* Even though you say the green is a reflection of the field underneath, the fact that it is not visible in shot doesn't help the impression of some kind of colour cast there.
* Though I think you have nailed the sharpness on the upper fuselage, there are areas below that looks very slightly soft - for example, the wheels/gear area; flap fairings, engines.
* That blown out highlight by the flightdeck windows isn't really helping your cause.
* As you mentioned, there is also slight grain in the lower areas of the plane.
So, all in all, I would be fearing a rejection here, despite the relatively low number of examples of this airframe in the database.

Hi Viv, nice catch. And i think you have the best angle on the old 73's. Its a little grainy under the wings, though i'm viewing on my works monitor. And maybe a little kick of contrast. But I like it. And hey, i'm probably wrong!
