Below is a link to a fantastic photo competition open to anyone who shoots images of helicopters, both civil and military. Its an excellent competition with around $10K in cash and prizes.

http://www.helitorque.com/portal/mod...p?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=922

I would like to ask Johan and mods to please leave this post as the site running the comp is no threat to Airliners.net and in fact Airliners benefit because members here will end up with more images to upload. This is a great opportunity for members here to get out and shoot more images so please dont delete this as isnt this what Airliners is all about, helping photographers gain experience and if they can win some prizes along the way, then even better.

Thankyou.

Thanks for the heads up Ned. I'd love a 20D but I am highly confident none of my trash could even get so far as to win!

But....... guess one has to be "in it to win it" don't they?!

Cathay111 - Remember there is an artisitc section as well and you never know your luck. Like you said you have to be in to win.

I think its a great opportunity for members here on Airliners.net to get out there and experiment with shooting helicopters. Heck for $10K in prizes you have nothing to lose.

Cheers.

Yes and have replied. Few more prizes have been added to the comp so keep checking in as more will also be added.

Cheers

Ned
