Yet Another Bad Center

Hi All,
This photo survived 3 rounds only to get rejected for Bad Center.

I do know that vertical centering is a must nowadays. Has this rule been relaxed?

I do have a similar photo accepted last week...

I would slightly re crop it and put the BA a bit higher in the frame. It looks a bit low to me. Nice shot tho!

Just recrop and reupload. Looks like it might need some ccw rotation as well.
