Help - Backlit Too Much Or Acceptable?

Hi again everybody,

Today I would like your verdict on this one:

When you have few places to take photos from you often find, as here at NYO, that light is not coming from the best of angles.

What do you say? Is is good enough for Airliners?
I have only made some small adjustments in PS.

Frippe, I like the shot, but it is backlit. I don't believe it would be acceopted here.

I pulled the first one from the queue and added this one wiht light from the side

But now maybe it turned out too dark? Or with other quality problems?
