Hey guys. I'm heading to England a week from Friday and planning to shoot at MAN the day I arrive pending weather and spend one other day during the trip at LHR. I'm looking for all and any suggestions from locals regarding theses airports on spots, traffic, etc, etc. Thanks

Never been to LHR but was at MAN last August. Its a crackin airport with plenty of good spots. Traffic is varied and you wont get bored there. I spent my day alongside 24L and on the carpark roof. Didnt wanna chance getting totally lost! There are plenty of people on here that will give you better guides to both airports. Look forward to seeing shots from your trip!

MAN is simply out of this world for photography, although some of the best spots are a pain to get to without a car. If you're in the MAN area this weekend and able to do some shooting, drop me a line, as I'm planning a trip down there.

Justin so far the forecast for MAN Fri and Sat is good and there may even be snow on the ground. LHR is showing as being partly cloudy all weekend with rain showers on Sun. One thing, if your going to get round to the south of 24L at MAN it is very muddy at the moment !!
