Quality Blurry Rejection - Advice Please

Morning,

Just looking for some views on the following which has been rejected this morning for Quality Blurry:-

I am looking at it again on my work monitor which is not the sharpest but I just don't see this rejection.

The basket (is that the right word?) is blurred. Think that is the reason.

Just the basket is blurry. Noticed it straight away.
