On Monday (27/3) I am off to Luton, staying over night at the Holiday Inn Luton airport then off to Lisbon for 3 days for the Benfica V Barcelona Champions league game and I am staying for 3 of night so try to get some photo time in.

Can you recomend and areas, points and spots at both airports where I can get some good photo opertunaties. Many thanks

Bradley!

Bradley, best place is round the country lanes by the crash gate, its south of the runway, offers the best views, you do however need a car to get there! Its a very long walk from the Holiday Inn

Point 2 is the best at Lton but I suspect that a taxi will be pricey.

For LTN, you could try the NW corner and the fire station, both for quick visits however as you can be asked to move along.

another decent spot would be to walk up into the mid-term car park, its right opposite the hotels, gives you a good view if runway 08 is in use, ive not been moved on from there yet!
