Last Thursday, the first Aeromexico B777-200 landed on Mexico City. Weather was awful, rain, low visibility, you name it. The plane was parked on Aeromexico maintenance base Friday and Saturday while several tests were performed.
Today, finally, the plane rolled out on its FIRST training flight from a Mexican airport, route MEX-ACA-MEX. Several of Mexico City spotters where out on the field today to snap a photo.
I personally requested priority screening on a photo of this first flight. I received a rejection stating ""no prority screening for this photo, please use the regular upload option".
According to the priority notice, priority screening could be requested for "first of new type with existing airline"
As this is a momentous ocassion for mexican airline industry, I would like to respectfully request, as other spotters I am sure would like too, priority screening for Aeromexico first B777 IN Mexico.
I am sure I will not be the only one requesting this today. Furthermore, people who like aviation in Mexico are eager to see this new type in action in Mexican soil and skies.

LOL..."Respectfully request"?? Oh brother...
Why post this here? You should just put your request in the "notes" during the upload.

As a spotter and great aviation fan, I'm eager to support this request for fast upload on any AM 777 for pictures taken today. This is a huge novelty among the aviation industry and i'm sure lots of people are waiting for the first pictures to appear on this website.
Being MEX not an easy city for traffic, not many people get the chances to go to the airport and wait for it to go out. Not only this, but people from the rest of the country and surely other countries would like to see this and not in three weeks were all the fuzz is out.
With all due respect, this should be a priority for a.net for the interest and the love we have to this hobby.

As a clarification, there are two shots of the aircraft from Everett and one cabin shot taken in Mexico already online. That's why you don't get priority any more - the rules really don't justify it for this case.
The rules are debatable but it's good that they are being followed.

Oh man because its the foto forum and it was a photo related request. No pre screening thread by the way

Wrong. Well not wrong but incomplete
And in addition select the checkbox "hot" or whatever the name is. Because the request in the notes field alone will bring you exactly

Hey Screners; thanks a lot for the good and fast screening! Just look at the TOP of the last 24/48 hours!! NIKV69, perhaps not the T7, but you'll get to see soon AM's B762/3 @ JFK.

I would heed this advice.
Ahh the wonderful and helpfull Jeff chimes in again with another great comment! **rolls eyes**
Anyway, nice work Juan Carlos and Ricardo! Those shots are great! Thanks for making the effort to get some shots online asap!
I look forward to seeing the B777 from AM sometime soon.

Go right ahead Jeff, it would keep things consistent. This is the second post that your words added nothing to the discussion and went as far to mock the words the thread starter used to ask the screeners for help. As we all have seen the shot was added quicky and made top of the day. I am glad they did not heed your advice. Keep up the good work Jeff!

Didn't mock his words....I enjoy the way you distort things. I have seen posts linger in this forum for days on end before finally getting attention in the "Site Related" forum. But no worries... Consistent I am.
Can you point me to your post in this thread that added anything to, or answered Rafael's original post? Just curious, as I don't see it. Oh, and I wasn't the person that sent him his rejection with this: "no prority screening for this photo, please use the regular upload option". Or did you miss that as well.

If you read the thread title, he asked the screeners for help with an upload. At last check you are not a screener, but as such you seem to single these threads out to interject your disdain for them. As I suggested when you did this in my thread you should have sent an application when they were looking for Mods. If you are not going to do that I suggest you get a dog or a hobby and cease wasting people's time in threads where they ask for help. As for myself in this thread, since I am not a screener I didn't post my opinion but then did post my gratitude that Rafael's request was granted and I was able to see AM's new 777 rotating which is a great shot. Unlike youself I don't feel the need to attack people when they post these threads here, it is what this forum is for and the screeners are more than willing to help.
Oh and as the notice he got where one screener rejected the priority goes, how many pics are in the DB after they got in after appeal? Many, and these are great pics as well. Like I said Jeff you are not a member of the staff here, you should cease acting like one.
