IAH... A Big Snoozer?

Anybody out there have any information on anything new coming into IAH? Besides the odd An-124, or even the An-225 every once in a while, the AF A330 soon and the PIA 74, I haven't seen anything new in quite a while. I've heard rumors of some carriers expanding service to IAH, but not lately.

I have been spotting at IAH a few times, and unless you've never seen a CO plane before, it can get a little, shall we say, repetetive.

However, unlike a lot of major airports today, IAH does at least allow spotting and even provides some decent places to shoot from.

Like you already stated, the AF A330 will start up on May 9th. That is about it for the scheduled new stuff into IAH. The PIA B742 is nice to see on Sat if you haven't seen it yet.

As with any major airline hub, spotting at IAH can certainly become routine. To keep things interesting, you've got to stay informed and keep an eye out for unique visitors like these:
