Hi

http://www.crosswinds.net/~kmht/mycamera.html

That's the camera i use. It's a really grainy pic but you can see the lens details and camera title good. And heck, it's not going to be uploaded to airliners.net anyways

If ya wanna see my best pic,
http://www.crosswinds.net/~kmht/beechjet.html

I'm going to upload that one. Yes, i'll accept comments on it, negative or positive.

When you make a photograph you need to think for a while, think how it will look later, think in the best composition, don't point and shot.

In this picture did you try to shot the cockpit or the people in front of the plane?

I fully aggree with mirage.......
A full frame cockpit shot would have been nicer, but anyway I think you'll get there sooner or later.
Try to upload and see what happens......it all takes time.

I have a shot of the F/O panel as well. While it still has some windshield, it's closer to full frame...i also have more 'pit shots to scan, just haven't got to it yet!

What did you think about the quality of the scan?

I will now STANDARDIZE on ASA 100 or less, and NOT matte finish:
Comair CRJ

I used to like 400, but that all changed. ALL these were shot on 400, had matte finish and ALL were rejected:

The Comair looks pretty good, definitly something what could be accepted, but for 800 x 500 pixles if I remember well the file size is way to big: over 250KB..........try to work on that and you should be fine.

It has a file size of over 250k.

i uploaded but havent got the conform. yet, im on a friends computer for the weekend.(that explains why the bad post got in 'Low-quality pics on airliners.net' - my friend posted that message without asking me. I was going to backspace it and say something different, but then i got distracted and came back to find him in his program and he said "I posted your message."

Sorry if anyone got offended by that message.

Re: The ComAir pic, it's good, I see it was accepted. The light is a bit flat, but that is normal on a cloudy day. Ref the Beech pic, I agree that a whole shot would have been better, but I do like the exposure. Despite the fact that it is a cloudy day, I think you nailed the exposure. Now, to get rid of those people in the frame, as they are distracting...(and ugly)
