Hello,

After a bit of a break from aviation and photography in general, I went to YYZ today to take some photos, and I was hoping you guys could let me know what you think. I have uploaded one shot so far; I am not sure it is my absolute best but it jumped out at me when I was reviewing my shots. What do you think, does it have a chance for acceptance, should I rework it, or... do I need a new camera? Wink

You know the gear is up and locked when it takes full throttle to taxi to the terminal.

The plane has a greenish tint to it, and it looks like it needs some CW rotation. I'm seeing grain in the sky, and the grass looks a bit "plasticky" as if some type of noice removal was done to it.

Thanks for your comments. I see what you mean about the grass and know exactly what I did wrong (sharpened one section of grass but not the other - oops!) and will fix that. I can also remove the grain fairly easily.

As for the green tint, how would I go about removing that? I'm far from a pro at Photoshop, and I suspect the problem occured when I used the curves tool to lighten up the photo...

Jaggy also. The green tint only seems to be in the middle sky with the right had side edge more blue.

If no one has offered help send the image to me.
