Need A Story About Photography Urgent!

Hi,
I am writing a speech on photography for my english class and one of the requirements is to read a passagefrom a speech or story involving your topic. I figured someon in this forum knows of material that could relate. I'm not looking for information, but rather a story where say a character liks to take pictures or talks a bout a camera. Anything you could findwould be helpfull.

Have a look at the writings of or about the great (est ?) American photographer, Ansell Adams.
There is masses on line and an American audience will recognise his work even if they have never heard of him.
Have a look at his photos on line....you will know masses of them

Try reading...

Camera Lucida by Roland Barthes or anything written by Susan Sontag. Both are good photographic theorists.
