CNN Uses Armavia Photo?

I seems they use this photo in their report about the Armavia A320, which crashed into the Black Sea this night:

I don't think us arguing if this was a copyright infrigement or not will do much good, especially since the CNN photo is the one posted in the first post and has a side banner saying it is from Armavia. For all we know, Teemu could have sold the picture to Armavia prior to it being used today. I sent him an email just now to make him aware of the situation.

I saw so many photos on Russian and Armenian TV stations, most are Airliners.net style photos so I guess they are taken from different aviation websites.
