Just curios if this photo is too "busy"? I feel the docks and that worthless, rusty post destroy this image. Maybe I should have asked the guys to push her out to the end so I could get a better shot. O'well.

'Fraid so. The dock is obscuring part of the float. Also the highlights on the white float are blown.

I like it. However it looks over-exposed / over-sharpened.

Re-work it using less sharpening. It might do ok.

I like it and I'd give it a go. Make sure your levels in the histograms are all ok too.

I see some jaggies on the forward yellow cheat line where it forms a point and also on the upper fuselage forward of the fin.

If the aircraft was less well, shall we say "coloured" !!, then the pic might well be deemed to be cluttered but that colour scheme really stands out. I hope it does get in as I like it.

It's so-so busy, but the image is very over-edited. I screen many shots, and this would jump out and hurt my eyes - honestly.

* Less saturation
* Less sharpening

Upload it then and we'll see how you go

I overprocessed the crap out of it last night. It was late and I was too lazy to go get my glasses. I felt the shot was too busy and just did a quick (half-assed) job in photoshop.

I got enough positive feedback to go back and do it again correctly.

Thanks.

BTW would this be considered a special paint scheme? The original color was just like the other Kenmore planes.

If it is an airline with a standard livery, and this is out of the ordinary, then yes. But I would upload just without either of the livery boxes ticked.

Nice bird nevertheless and a great livery!
