Hi guys
I was lucky enough to see the A380 do a flypast at Filton before heading on to LHR at lunchtime today. Couple of shots I like; what do you guys reckon for getting them on here?

Should i put them as priority screening when i upload them tonight ?????
No
Tim
Although it's obvious that they shouldn't strictly speaking be added, I thought that a.net liked to have a photo on the front page to match the news headlines? I don't know about anywhere else, but along with the Champion's League Final, the A380 is all that's been in the news in the UK over the last 24 hours.

Hi all,
I agree with (Dutch) Tim; there is nothing new about the A380, it may be it's first visit to LHR but that's only news in the UK for the people in SYD, SIN, TLS etc who have seen it before on their patch its nothing new

Very nice, great effect and striking constrasting colours.
But I think it just lacks the quality required for a.net... I can see some remnants of sharpening or noise reduction now, in the tail area. Also when you look at the top of the a/c, it's not a straight line. Don't think it will work...

Quoting TimdeGroot (Reply 8): I understand where you're coming from but if we'd follow the headlines in each country we'd be priority adding shots all the time.
True, but how come that we have already shots from the bird at Heathrow and Berlin, while there are still photos left to be screened from 2 weeks ago??
Everywhere the A380 shows up, those images are uploaded straight away, so I guess it is still a priority bird, atleast more then other birds!
